Same experience. Got cleaned out on november 11 right after they introduced the safe your keys backup solution. Indidnt even use that backup key solution. Haden't connected to anything except to update the Ledger. Still no idea how i got robbed. No help from Ledger. I still think they fucked up with a firmware that wasnt secure.
