Why @dish do we have to wait till March 31st to cancel our service? They would not allow us because of the cyber attack. Which is not our fault. We have not had working TV now going on a month. We just want to cancel. #dishnetwork
@brharris1970 We just tried and got transferred to retention, where we got offered 20 dollars off. We still asked to cancel, and then they said we can't cancel our system is down, and call back in 7 days. After we waited 90 mins to speak to them and have been trying for several weeks.
