@Avis Still have received the phone call back after โ24 hoursโ like your supervisor Michelle said from the corporate number. Highly unprofessional way to treat a customer after numerous rental agreements between us.
@Avis never in my life have I ever had this long of a conversation with customer service, then to be out on mute until I hang up? Your customer service agent told me a price for a reservation and it switched completely online and now you donโt want to honor the price we agreed on
@Avis@Avis now we are reviewing the recorded audio phone calls from this morning. I asked, what happens when you hear the price that was told to me, do I get that price? We canโt guarantee that. This is comical. 2.5+ hours of customer service phone calls.
