@DHBVNL pathetic service! Electricity cut without prior notice to consumers. Am a wheelchair user (disabled) & have urgent medical appointment (got after 3 months) for serious ailment. Live on 2nd floor, lift not working. JE and SDO replied rudely on call.

#Access is our basic right. Are these (access to schools, healthcare, transportation) special needs? Not at all. Are these different needs? Not at all. Are these 'divine' needs? Certainly not. These are basic human needs.

With people losing their lives to this "rare disease" every now and then, it is imperative that these treatments be made available at an affordable cost to the SMA community.

Despite three effective treatments available for SMA, I am unable to access either of them. Reason? They are highly expensive, inaccessible and unaffordable. 🙁
