Aşağıda görsele eklediğim üzere birinin bana söz konusu borsa tarafından mağdur olduğunu iletmesi ve konuyu araştırmam üzerine, kanıtlı kaynaklardan edindiğim bilgiler ışığında durum şöyle;

#ICRYPEX tarafında ciddi bir yatırımcı mağduriyeti ve belirsizlik yaşanıyor.

Öncelikle yaklaşık 3 ay önce, şirketin üst yönetimiyle ilgili yaşanan sürecin ardından ICRYPEX TR tarafına kayyum atanıyor, ancak global platform kapalı kalıyor.

O günden bu yana, global tarafta bulunan 400’e yakın yatırımcı,
fonlarını ve kriptolarını çekemediklerini iddia ediyorlar. Yaklaşık 50 kişi de dava sürecine geçmiş durumda.

Toplulukta farklı iddialar dolaşıyor:
– Fonların yurt dışına çıkarıldığı,
– Global varlıkların TR’ye aktarılmadığı,
– Resmî açıklamaların geciktirildiği.

ICRYPEX yönetimi ise şu ana kadar bu iddialara bir yanıt vermiş değil. Tamamen sessiz.
