@JakeNesdahl @LeadingReport I don't envision that happening. That's extra effort on behalf of the IRS, and I don't see them putting it forth. Sooner or later, someone is going to want the taxes on the extra. I would absolutely LOVE to be wrong, but usually if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

@stltoday The people who hold offices in this county typically end up having career roles because of a lack of opposition. The reason I specifically mentioned Cape Gir. County is because of your cover picture on this story. You can choose just about any election and get the same responses.

@stltoday This is an absolute waste of time to even inquire on. Cape Girardeau County has historically been and likely will remain being Republican territory. For better or worse, generally speaking, there isn't much opposition. I am the odd man out around here. Few share my opinions here.
