RESIGN WITHOUT GETTING A NEW JOB

1. Signs of dissatisfaction.
- If uncertainty feels safer than surviving, something is wrong — usually trust, management, or work-life balance.

2. Signs of burnout.
- No one has lost peace of mind. If people resign without a plan, it's because they choose health over stress.

3. Signs of lack of communication.
- When employees feel unheard, they secretly start to walk away long before they say goodbye.

4. A sign of insensitive leadership.
- If you just realize that someone is already not enthusiastic when you see the resignation letter, the problem is bigger than one person.

5. Signs of loss of direction.
- People stay in a place that makes them grow, trusted, and valued. If they leave without direction, it means that they don't see the future there.

If an employee resigns without having a replacement job, it's not just a personal decision — it's feedback. And wise leaders will listen.

Because the decision often talks more about the company culture, not the employee.

Don't just change people — reflect, fix, and rebuild trust.
Create a workplace that people want to stay in, not one they want to run away from.
