When it's floor loot I'll either find it or loot it from dead enemies. When it's in the Replicator, I'm probably crafting Bats or a Mag and not having enough for the Backpack as well

Remove death streaks. Killstreak kills don't earn killsteaks. Nerf Commando. Nerf Grande Launchers, Stop 1 man army replenishing explosives. Remove Stopping Power or add Juggernaut to counter Snipers.
