Just made the switch. Had TSLA insurance. All-in costs with LMND insurance and now I get FSD will be identical essentially. So insurance itself was close to half and I was always around 95+.

I do wonder, does this pricing prove that when Robotaxi scales, LMND has a great opportunity to be the insurer of robotaxis instead of Tesla doing themselves as they have plenty else to do.

I have gone through an excruciating amount of doubt and pain over the last month around my business.

Here is the important part for me and for everyone.

I haven't stopped what is required of me even with the doubt and pain present. So, as long as you don't stop, even if your output isn't perfect, that is what matters.

I have made it through this rough patch and have now allowed myself the opportunity to re-find the full capacity and commitment I have in me.

Don't give up when it feels like you should as the season will turn in your favor moments after if you don't.

That each of these things around you could easily be somewhere else in the world but instead, against the odds, are somehow a part of your life.

Even if it feels minuscule, the role they play, they are indeed in your presence and that’s something to never overlook and take for granted.

Begin to be grateful for anything that comes across your presence as it could very easily be somewhere else in that exact moment, life or state.

There is a trap that exists while pursuing external outcomes.

This trap occurs in people who reflect their personal value onto the outcomes of the external pursuit.

For some, the drive for these external pursuits exists specifically as a mask for their low-self worth.

For me, my body is aware when it's used as a mask and the best chance I personally have to succeed is by acknowledging that truth and reshaping my value internally.
