@ToonPolls As much as I usually love to shout about the good things to do with our club, can't help but think bringing more airtime to the PSR/SCR issues Villa are going through would have been a better thing to vote for
@Kieranparr17 We don't score the second goal against Spurs without Woltemade.
He is a totally different plan. A different problem to defend against. And gives us the option of doing things a different way, rather than a copy and paste of the same approach (my big gripe with last season!)
@DavidBoweEire@daz_black Is say they were different genres almost - Horror Vs. Action - both can be good at the same time even thought they're different. As a dumb kid, I was able to love both!
@burntfingerclub Personally, I would applaud them when their names are announced pre-kick off... Then BOO the shit out of them for the rest of the game.
Other than that, I'll be nice to both of them again when they retire.
@DobbySolanoNUFC@jamiereuben this, please sir.
It's a proper "Get Into Them" song, that is what the fans need before kick-off.
Not the "lovey dovey" scouse hey Jude!!
You haven't been writing that in your articles, but it is exactly what your headlines are hinting at. You leave it open because A) you know for 98% of people that's all they'll read and B) click bait.
And that's the problem with mainstream journalists these days. They caught the click bait virus. It's spread to MSM lika a plague. It was fine when it used to be the headline of a side-article on some unimportant page in the paper... But you haven't adapted for social media. Every post is its own "front page". Yet you still write as if it is a side article and expect people to react as if that is what they are reading.
I genuinely think proper journalists have a responsibility to not mislead, to report on facts, it is quality over quantity. You are not ITK or the Fabrizio Romano's of the world. You're meant to be better than that.
You'll never get a penny from me whilst you're lowering yourself to the level of those others.
I cannot say I ever remember watching Nico Gonzalez play football
But do I want him??? Yes I do
Will it happen. Not a fucking chance.
Premier league 6 doesn't sell to Newcastle. We should all know that by now #NUFC
With Tonali, Isak, Bruno, Gordon, all going, I think the thing that hurts most is that it feels personal... Like maybe Newcastle (as a city/place) will just never be the place the best players want to stay.
I was thinking of that question from a couple of years ago about our training ground being moved to London, so the players could live there and travel up for games. I was dead against it back then, But...
If our training centre did move to (e.g.) London, and it meant we kept Isak, Bruno, etc. would that change people's opinions on it? @ToonPolls
@LukeEdwardsTele Do you know what made him so desperate Luke? Manager (did he know Howe was going?), ambition of owners, wages, location... I know it's probably a combo of all, but usually one of those exaggerrates the others.
