But lessons should of been learnt .. the high street banks who have too many staff and departments struggled.. therefore a Lessons learnt should of been produced and rolled out by the @BritishBBank

They should of safe guarded themselves, and opened applications for say 200 people at a time, increasing in volume as the process became more fluid.

Whilst many LTD companies that applied yesterday still wait for conformation, Sole trader application are fast tracked. I am a firm believer in being equal but where is the loyalty in this approach?

Were looking at two scenarios
1 - " process everything under 15k(example) and hit our status quo in successful application churn ", anything above X, hold, then bin due to insufficient documentation or something similar [Continued]

- Positive disruption on their social media (which naturally incites negative PR)
- Log an official complaint, then take it up with the ombudsman at a later date.
Handling has been poor.
@AjCurling@StarlingBank A little insider source advised me that Tide are announcing their accreditation this week, so its probably worth registering with them this evening as your back up plan.
@AjCurling@StarlingBank I imagine there are many more and it seems that there's no resolution in sight. In all honesty, I transferred my account to starling to avoid such a scenario. As a member of the IoD and a few establishment, I feel I have been mislead and should of stayed with my current provider.
@theBBLS@StarlingBank I fully agree with the volume, however for those who applied at 10am that have been "back trooped" against those who applied at 1300 onwards is where the frustration lies. If there were complex applications, a simple email would of reassured most. Looking forward to your article.
