I will put out a longer-winded announcement after work today but wanted to FYI yall that July is going to be a more internal focused month. Which means no new issue until Aug.

This is mostly due to my own personal situation being dire in June and having to focus on surviving >.<

It's not like, marathon or anything. But getting proud of myself.

Added on about a mile and a half to my near daily bike ride for Op Don't Be Lazy, and did 6.5 miles in the stupid high humidity without getting gassed.

Bright side, seriously... this new job is gonna be pretty decent.

More tight-knit group than I thought it was going to be, but in a good way.

Bonus is it's Mon-Fri, which I was told it was gonna be at least one weekend day a week. So that was a nice surprise.

Fuck yeah, food bank sells clothes too to help fund the pantry part of it. It's like a mini thrift shop.

We just gotta plug away at rent. Just anxious to start this new job tomorrow! Wish it would have started sooner, but what can you do?

Situation update: Still just plugging along.

Bills for this month paid, which means all the rest goes to rent and food.

Had a SMALL setback on rent arrangement that actually works out in a way.

Basically, at the cost of extra fees, they are having us pay all at once

Trucking along, though, not freaking out, and everything is doable.

We really just need to make it until my pay from new job starts coming in. COME ON 26th!

I tried to set something up where we paid like $400 a week until caught up, but they said no to that.

But the time frame they gave us to get it all in is the same as the payment arrangement I wanted. Just with some added fees on our balance.

So it evens out? lol
