📍 One of the first things a lender will ask when deciding whether or not it will lend on a manufactured home is whether or not it has been moved more than once since it left the plant. If it has, that’s oftentimes a problem.

💧I was showing some new construction over the weekend. Instead of the old-style copper pipes, prone to leaking in the slab, you’re seeing this conduit that allows the Pex tubes to be channeled through that opening and would be much easier to remove in the event of a leak!
