New tonight: An official source tells me Jing Dong, the driver of the bus that smashed into these cars, causing five deaths, refused an English Language Proficiency test after the crash.

Virginia State Troopers who arrived at the scene agreed Dong could not speak English. “Immediately I understood that he couldn’t speak English," said the first officer who got to him, according to this official source.

Passengers on his bus corroborated that Dong appeared to have very poor English.

The DOT subpoenaed New York state for records on Dong's CDL today. The source says "NY has been less than helpful."

Earlier today Rupert Lowe put the fear of god into career politicians as he lifted the lid on the rape gang scandal.

He dared to tread where no other MP has for 30 years, and exposed warts and all survivor testimony to millions of people infront of westminster.

This is the just the beginning. A lot of us who have spoken out and campaigned with survivors for years know the true extent of this rape jihad and it is far worse than most can imagine.

Should names of officials who covered these unforgiveable acts up be divulged in parliament, and private prosecutions pursued in the future as a result of this rape gang enquiry, this should tell everybody that Rupert Lowe is the man to lead this country.

Actions speak louder than words, and nobody has enacted a damn thing in the name of accountability for the children who suffered at the hands of these evil barbarians.
