It was fun to think about the what if’s, until it became depressing because we had been doing it for so long.
Now that we are on the verge of a new life, it’s a bit unnerving. As much as we hate the everyday grind, it also grounds us because we wake up knowing what our goal is for the day.
As this play unfolds, everything changes. Goals, hopes, relationships, situations… and the unknowns can be intimidating.
But I am enjoying this knot in my stomach anticipating something great coming soon.

Stanford University researchers analyzed 4 million job applications and found that 26% of Black applicants and 15% of Asian applicants applied to jobs where AI hiring systems worked against their racial group.
The researchers estimate that if those candidates had been recommended at the same rate as the most-favored group, roughly 40,000 additional applications would have advanced to the next stage of hiring.
