در حالی‌که وزارت ارتباطات ادعا میکرد مخالف اینترنت پرو است، امروز جلسه گذاشته با موضوع «بهبود فرآیند اجرای طرح اینترنت پرو». یعنی نه‌ت��ها خبری از لغو اینترنت پرو نیست بلکه دارن در مورد «بهبود» فرآیندش صحبت میکنن. یه مشت بیشرف حقه‌باز شدن مسئول و تصمیم‌گیر.

خوب، اجرا و آزمایش محلی قابلیت وصل شدن با اپ کیف شهروندی جمهور به خدمات شرکا تمام شد. این:
۱. راه رو برای ثبت نام برگزارکنندگان و مشارکت‌کننده‌ی عام در @DIFCongress باز می‌کنه.
۲. راه مشارکت شرکا (احزاب و نهادها) در اکوسیستم مشترک رو باز می‌کنه، از همه مهم‌تر می‌تونیم کار خدمات رسانی و شبکه‌سازی رو برای حزب @pishroparty طبق اهداف کنسرسیوم جمهور-آکادمیا به پیش ببریم.
۳. در حین تکمیلش
- مسئله‌ی escalation از یک کاربر ناش��اس کیف جمهور به یک کاربر ایرانی و بی‌همتای ناشناس،
- مسئله‌ی مشارکت ایرانی‌های دوتابعیتی،
- ربط کارت هوشمند و پاسپورت ایرانی و بهبود امکان نفوذ و پیاده‌سازی، بدون به خطر انداختن اصالت رای‌گیری (duplication)
- مستندسازی‌های رو به همگان، و کاربران فنی و پژوهش‌گران
و به نظر من از همه مهم‌تر
- بحث استقلال پلتفرم (در مقیاس کشوری) و نقش operator بودن (و نه مالک بودن) سازمان ما و تیم جمهور، و ... همگی بررسی شدند، اسناد نوشته یا به‌روز شدند و کل اکوسیستم یک گام هماهنگ رفت جلو.

روزهای آینده به تکمیل فرایندهای داخلی (اطلاع‌رسانی کامل میان تیم و میان شرکا، و تنظیم و بروزرسانی برنامه‌های مشترک)، و در نهایت اطلاع‌رسانی از کانال‌های «رسمی»ش خواهد گذشت.

ایده پشتش اینه که ما بتونیم برای یه ساب دامین چندین NS record تعریف کنیم جوری که resolver ها به صورت رندوم به یکیش وصل بشن و درخواست کاربر رو براش بفرستن.
لود بالانسرها درخواست رو دریافت میکنن و با بررسی اون میتونن client id رو استخراج کنن و بر اساسش طبق یه الگوریتم deterministic سروری که باید درخواست رو جواب بده رو تعیین کنن. اینج��ری دیگه مهم نیست درخواست دست کدوم لودبالانسر میرسه، در نهایت همه لودبالانسرها درخواست های هر کاربر رو به سمت یک سرور میفرستن و یکپارچگی پروتکل حفظ میشه.
در نتیجه ما میتونیم در کنار هر سرور dnstt یه سرور لودبالانسر هم بالا بیارید و طبق چیزی که تو عکس میبینید اینها با هم صحبت میکنن. من این رو روی 32 تا سرور انجام دادم و کانفیگش توی توییت کوت شده هست.
هر بار که کلاینت کانکشنش رو قطع و وصل میکنه یه client id جدید بهش اختصاص داده میشه و در نتیجه به یه سرور جدید متصل میشه. پس اگه دیدید اتصال شما برقرار نمیشه، یه بار قطع و وصل کنید.
لطفا اگه ممکنه کد رو review کنید و اگه اشکالی داری PR بفرستید. ایده خیلی ساده پیاده شده و من مطمین نیستم واقعا همه ابعاد پروتکل dnstt توش دیده شده یا نه.

یادمون باشه که هر وقت می گیم کسی «به قید وثیقه آزاد» شد یعنی فعلا بازجویی و زندان انفرادی و عدم دسترسی به وکیل و ... تموم شده و طرف منتظر حکم است و تحت انواع فشارهای دیگه.

To: The Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the International Community

As architects, operators, and stewards of the global Internet infrastructure, we define the Internet not merely as a network of cables and routers, but as a foundational instrument for human connection, economic survival, and the free flow of information.

We observe with grave concern the deliberate, total shutdown of Internet connectivity within Iran.

This action is not a matter of internal traffic management; it is a disconnection of a nation from the world.

By severing the digital lifelines of over 90 million people, the authorities are inflicting profound harm on their own citizens: disabling emergency services, crushing economic activity, and isolating individuals from their families and the global community during a time of crisis.

We assert the following principles:

1. Connectivity is a Fundamental Enabler of Human Rights: In the 21st century, the right to assemble, the right to speak, and the right to access information are inextricably linked to internet access.

2. Protecting the Global Internet Commons: National-scale shutdowns fragment the global network, undermining the stability and trust required for the internet to function as a global commons.

3. Transparency: The technical community condemns the use of BGP manipulation and infrastructure filtering to obscure events on the ground.

We call upon the relevant authorities in Iran to immediately restore full, unfiltered internet access. We further call upon the international technical community to remain vigilant in monitoring connectivity and to support efforts that ensure the internet remains open, interoperable, and accessible to all.

The internet belongs to everyone. It must not be weaponized against the people it was built to serve.
