Hey, have any of you ever wondered if a company could hold their customers in contempt? Find out by using @SprucePower for pretty much anything. Even reporting the company to a State AG, with that office taking the complaint seriously, did not impact their terrible attitude.
@SprucePower please check DM, since it appears I can only get your attention by publicly tweeting at you.
Is it possible for a company to have poorer service? It seems @SprucePower is attempting to set a record.
You are in violation of several MA consumer protection laws.
@SprucePower continues to be rife with staggering incompetence. After 1.5 years with no solar benefits (and my persistent efforts to get it fixed), they set up a service call with a company that doesn't serve my state! This even after I complained to the MA AG!

@MassSave@SprucePower On July 29, I was told by @SprucePower that my billing would be suspended until the problem was resolved. Yesterday, I was sent a reminder that my bill for August was due, and it is still on my account.
@SprucePower has no idea how to treat customers. https://t.co/RoSTl27y0v.All.
@SprucePower
Still no acknowledgement of my DM. But, we did receive the reminder that our bill is due in 5 days. This company knows one thing - collect money. Provide customer service so the lease agreement is fulfilled? Not so much.
@SprucePower hard to overstate how how awful your customer service is. Your company is in violation of our solar lease, the meter (that you required we change) does not send any signal and customer service said nothing could be done for over 5 months. Just terrible!
