@Moeritzl Hmmm... Gefäß gar nicht getroffen oder Draht nicht reinbekommen? Oft ist man zu voreilig mit dem Draht, weil schon Blut entgegenkommt, wenn man noch gar nicht ganz durch die Gefäßwand ist. Lieber mit der Kanüle "herumtasten", bis es wirklich pulssynchron spritzt.
@Moeritzl Seldinger-Technik oder "flo-switch"? Bei letzteren: häufigster Fehler ist, den Abstand zwischen Metallkanülenspitze und Beginn des Plastikkatheters zu unterschätzen. Wenn Blut kommt, nochmal 2-3 mm vorschieben, dann erst den Katheter vorschieben.

@wuerzkoenigin Das soll keine Relativierung sein, nur eine Erklärung. Wahrscheinlich hat sich die Ärzt*in nichts dabei gedacht. Auf die Perzentilen geschaut, Diagnose abgelesen, in den Brief übertragen.
@wuerzkoenigin Die Medizin kennt keinen Unterschied zwischen "Übergewicht" und "Adipositas". Es ist schlichtweg eine andere Bezeichnung. Es gibt eine obere Grenze des "Normalgewichts", bist du drüber, bist du "adipös".
Dass "Adipositas" schlimmer klingt, ist ein gesellschaftliches Phänomen.
