@ResidentDocsBC To round out my awesome study group, @MarkSanderson_ definitely kept me motivated throughout the year, particularly as he successfully applied and matched to his Critical Care fellowship in the midst of the study year!
@ResidentDocsBC As one of my RC exam study buddies this past year, @EmilyWStewart supported me as we worked through a crazy amount of readings and weekly study group sessions! 📚📚
@tingdan@EMCases Interesting! Many guidelines that I encounter do specifically identify fentanyl as the sedative agent of choice for neonatal RSIs. However, I haven’t come across much primary literature regarding this recommendation. Will definitely be something I explore more post-exam!
@t_mackle @EmilyWStewart @MarkSanderson_@JamesPowellMD I do use it somewhat regularly! The success of it definitely depends on the sturdiness of the hospitals beds though

Why we've been successful is we proceeded. It was action, significant action to see that it happen and to see it through.
This was a team #BC approach that was a partnership of unions, of care providers & of government.
There is more to do.
Very pleased that this program includes many of BC’s frontline healthcare professionals, including @ResidentDocsBC members who provide care across the province!
A pandemic pay boost is just one way we can say "thank you" for all that our health & social service workers have been doing to keep people healthy & our communities running during this challenging time.
