I don’t train for abs.
I train because my son deserves a father who can throw him in the air at 45 and outrun him at 50.
Men don’t just age alone…their families age with them.
Strength, discipline, longevity = love.
If you ever doubt that, watch a weak man try to lift a stroller into a car.
Watch a tired father snap at a child because his body is failing faster than his responsibilities.
Weakness steals patience, presence, passion, and pride.
Your body is not vanity.
It is your vehicle for fatherhood, leadership, impact, and legacy.
Why do fathers matter for confidence?
Your dad models how to face challenges, handle failure, and recover from setbacks. When a father shows belief in a child’s abilities, not just with praise but with trust:
“I know you can handle this”, it teaches competence through experience.
Children who see their fathers persevere, stay calm under stress, or own their mistakes often mirror that confidence pattern.
I still think my dad is Superman. And truly believe without him I’d never have the confidence to take some of the risks I’ve taken in life.

When should couples see a fertility specialist?
@drmarktrolice explains infertility = 1 year of attempts w/o success but age and risk factors mean some should check sooner. Acting earlier can shorten the journey.
