@Hilton@HiltonHotels I am so disappointed with the customer service that I haven't received from the @DoubleTree in Pikesville, MD. The associate was short and gave the impression that I was inconveniencing her. Wow, is that Hilton way?

As Mayor and more importantly as a former Mustang, I cannot express how saddened I am by the fatal shooting at @highmervo that took place yesterday. My heart goes out Jeremiah's loved ones and our entire Mustang family as we process this tragedy.
Shoutout to 2 flight attendants, people of color, who saw the error and did their best to check on me. I pray that @SouthwestAir makes DEI training mandatory.
