Counter-Strike turns 27 today, and we’re celebrating by watching the best in the world play at the Cathedral of Counter-Strike.
Thank you for playing and thank you for watching. Thank you for your frag movies, nade lineups, silly game modes and videos, jokes, quips, Counter-Strike lore, inside jokes only a CS player would understand, and for your feedback; all of it.
Most importantly, thank you for your passion for the game. It’s all of you who make Counter-Strike your favorite first person shooter’s favorite first person shooter.
Happy birthday, Counter-Strike. 🎉
@zebrahoofbeat@DrAditya2935@nadkarni_yash I agree we need subspecialists. They are damn sure needed to provide enhanced care. I myself sought an Endocrinologist and not general MD for my asymptomatic hypothyroidism. For me learning one subspeciality in pediatric will narrow down your patients a lot.
@zebrahoofbeat@DrAditya2935@nadkarni_yash IEMs are still one of the most common missed disorders. But as i said, decent pediatrician will catch these and if not diagnose then atleast will suspect in the right direction. I myself has suspect IEM because a patient was having recurrent hypoglycemia. Later diagnosed with GSD
@zebrahoofbeat@DrAditya2935@nadkarni_yash These cases are rare tbh
These will be referred to subspecialists.
Majority pediatric neuro cases are AES, Meningitis, Gbs, ATM, Aitoimmune, ITS, HIE sequelae
If a general pedia guy is not able to treat these, then yes he is incapable.
@zebrahoofbeat@DrAditya2935@nadkarni_yash i will not defend those multiple pediatricians as they were incapable (saying incapable not because they failed to diagnose but they didnt even suspect PIDs)
Famous jeffrey model foundation 10 points of immunodeficiency is an entry gate to suspect PIDs.
@zebrahoofbeat@DrAditya2935@nadkarni_yash From where i have done my MD pediatrics, it is a state referral centre. Seen, diagnosed and cured pediatric neurology cases with good outcomes.
Idk where you practice but generally people dont pick adult neurologist for their 1 year old child with meningitis.
@zebrahoofbeat@DrAditya2935@nadkarni_yash Apart from oncology and somewhat endocrinology, a decent experienced pediatrician will diagnose and treat majority diseases in children.
My take on degree inflation is that if you are tier1/2 city, you need DM degrees. MD will do just fine below tier 2.
@zebrahoofbeat@DrAditya2935@nadkarni_yash A good general pediatrician will be your first choice if your child has symptoms. He ll be the one suspecting and diagnosing leukemia and then will refer you to hematooncologist.
tumko sapna ni aayga ki tmhare bacche ko leukemia h.
