We're excited to announce the biggest update to TotalSegmentator since its launch! We're adding 65 new structures, all focused on the head and neck region. Check out the new tasks: head_glands_cavities, head_muscles, headneck_bones_vessels, and headneck_muscles for more details.
We added support for MR images to TotalSegmentator.
It now segments 59 structures in MR images, regardless of sequence and contrast.
