@NoKapRich@sidthecreator@Dexerto Ppl in my area know the stockers route. So they hit on target, then follow her to the next. So they eat up every single restock in a day. This is pretty common practice everywhere for the unemployed
Personal update: I’m back at @Opendoor
I’d been exploring a new venture, but a catch up call with @chintanparikh94, reconnecting with OGs like @yang_guo, and seeing Opendoor 2.0 made it obvious I had to come back.
The hype around @nejatian is real. He’s locked in and has a pulse on everything. I can DM him a critique or half-baked idea and get a thoughtful response quickly. As he likes to say: “Never hold back. I just work here man.”
Residential real estate is one of the hardest problems out there, and this team’s going to win.
We're making a relatively large platform shift at Opendoor right now and some of our RnD teams are working two 12 hour shifts with hand offs between them.
So as one set of engineers goes to bed, the other set picks up the work. Sun shall never set on shipping!
Today, we're making Opendoor available to all homeowners, including the ones who want to work with an agent. Starting May 19, two cash products. Every listing presentation. Right inside @realscout.
Better for sellers. Better for agents.
@BandzMcBagz Agree- I’m surprised at how under the radar they are. This guy has an awesome video on the history of the first Pokemon cards ever released!

@thirdmetax The first Pokemon cards ever released were actually these Bandai cardass cards- very undervalued because people don’t know about them and higher grades are extremely rare. YouTube video with explanation.

@Vince_Arambulo@Bellsprout_Boss@xRigo_lol Here’s an awesome review on the history of the first Pokemon cards ever released. They’re super undervalued simply because people don’t know they exist!
