You should probably just look up what this actor did to prepare for this role. He was already in good shape beforehand and it took him 6 months under the supervision of a Hollywood physical trainer who knows how to build muscle fast. I guarantee he was working out way more than 1 hour per day.
The left and right in Europe is different from the left and right in America. American conservatism is something completely different from anything else in the world, and it has very little in common with the right in Europe. American conservatism calls for small government, and non-interference from the government in our lives. The right in Europe is still big government, top down control, just a different flavor.
Weightlifting is a way to pack a lot of exercise into a short period of time, most people don't exercise to the point that they look "swollen". That's the entire point people are making here, this guy isn't just a normal dude who barely works out. He's a guy who spent countless hours at the gym, and is maybe taking a couple months off. He doesn't look ripped, but he looks in shape because he has a physique earned over countless hours exercising.
@christurbed00@JDGrandstaff@CasuallyGreg Right. And to build muscle like that in the first place you typically are eating quite a bit more than 2400 kcal per day. You could perhaps maintain it for a while at 2400, but would slowly lose muscle mass and you'd have to go through another building phase.
And really, this is probably enough to maintain this kind of body mass, but it isn't enough to build it in the first place. At some point he would have had to build that physique with a lot of strenuous exercise. In the range of 2 to 3 hours a day in the gym at least 5 days a week.
"Working men".
This ignores the reality that physical labor isn't a part of most careers these days. To look this way today, most people have to be on a very strict diet and do a hard workout at the gym each day after work. 1 hour of weights in 30 minutes of cardio is pretty standard
Someone who was athletic in their youth can get away with less, but not forever.
@scrowder I think it's funny all the people who are like "I look like this and I don't go to the gym" entirely neglecting to mention that they have a job where they do physical labor for most of the day.
@Gingie_Em@scrowder "Lifting heavy things at work".
If that's your literal job, you don't need to go to the gym. That's not reality for most people in 2026, there aren't many jobs like that pay very well.
@FrancescaHongWI You left a restaurant because there were too many white people?
Since I'm fairly sure you can't actually read minds, part about them thinking you didn't speak English is just an excuse for your own racism.
Well, it was more about the part where he lied to the entire world about basically everything related to covid. He lied about his involvement with the covid lab in Wuhan, he lied about the wet markets being the source when he knew it wasn't, he lied about the efficacy of masks, he lied when he said the 6-ft rule wasn't just made up on the spot without any actual evidence of it being effective.
These are just the beginning of his lies, which affected every single person in the country. He amplified people's fear in order to keep them compliant. And Democrats loved every second of it.
Do you even know how digital cameras work? Do you see how pixelated that images? Digital images like that fill in the entire pixel with a single color, so something like the barrel of a gun you wouldn't even be able to see because the barrel is smaller than the smallest pixel that you're seeing on that image
@Nimo23701434@KingOffX_ Here's a video of a guy shooting a 30-06. A video that I'll note has more than 15 pixels and two frames per second, unlike the video Candace shared. You should note that recoil lasts for a fraction of a second before he's back on target.

@gem_ste Considering that Hitler considered himself left-wing... (He was part of the National Socialist German workers party, and the term Nazi is just a shortened and clipped version of the words national-socialist (NA-ZI)
I guess... fact check true? π
The only one of these that could possibly be attributed to Christianity is the crusades, but even that was in response to Islamic aggression and centuries of militaristic expansion.
Modern historians like to pretend the crusades were entirely unprovoked because that gives them more reason to hate the West and Christianity. But it's nowhere near the whole truth.
I don't think anybody is framing Islam as the only problem, but I think you're underestimating the issue of Isam trying to colonize the West.
Those Catholic Christians storming the American border are a problem, but nothing close to the magnitude of the problem of even 10% of those coming from Islam. Catholic Christians at least have a reasonable chance of assimilating to Western culture, eventually.
