@TimHortons you have to prioritize patrons who make an effort to come in to the store not drive through and delivery services. Standing in line with empty counters because everyone is at the window and delivery counter.
@British_Airways That doesnโt give me back my tier points @British_Airways and I feel cheated. At least let them expire a year after being earned instead of this horrible reset!
@British_Airways BA - your change in Executive club is penalizing me. My year has been reset from September to April and so I just earned 300 Tier Points 3 weeks ago and they have reset to Zero. That is not fair. I havenโt even had them for a month and you deleted them!
@katiewiskar Even in Canada ๐จ๐ฆ, POCUS is not standard of care. May be in tertiary and high level regional centres, but in many Tier 1 and 2 sites, particularly in rural areas, POCUS is not standard care yet. A dream yes, but not a funded reality yet. (Pocus certified here).
@elonmusk
If I donโt try, Iโll never knowโฆ Would you consider a donation/sponsorship? ๐จ๐ฆ๐ฟ๐ฆ

@ReallyTyWilson @John1MD $43.05 = Gross for office visit in SK. Overhead expense is 35% of that to clinic for EMR, staff, rent, utilities, medical supplies, office supplies etc. none of that covered by govt.
Check physician payment schedules - all online.
Where we offset that base pay is in ER work
@menrvasofia Travelling to Europe, Britain, and South Africa fairly often, the price gouging in Canada is ridiculous- 3 to 10 times more expensive here. How on earth are people of low income meant to survive and eat healthy? In Canada, all the real food costs more than junk food.
