🚨@DOJFraudDiv, @IRSnews, and @IRS_CI Expose MORE THAN $490M in Tax Fraud in National Tax Enforcement Surge
“Every dollar stolen through tax fraud is a dollar taken from the American people,” said @AGToddBlanche. “What we uncovered during this concentrated surge is only the tip of the iceberg. The Department of Justice is committed to expanding our investigations and exposing schemes designed to evade accountability, because there is no safe haven for fraudsters.”

The Prince Group and other transnational criminal organizations force victims of human trafficking to run their online schemes. They target Americans and steal billions from us every year. The Trump Administration is taking action to hold them accountable. https://t.co/mzP9ANZzB6
Assisted dying and euthanasia create a culture of death.
Legalizing these practices embeds a false notion that some lives are not worth living — presenting state-sanctioned death as a solution to suffering, rather than encouraging doctors to provide true care for their patients.

This week at the embassy, the U.S. hosted a thoughtful conversation on addressing urgent cases of persecution and protecting religious freedom around the world. Grateful to have DRL A/S Riley Barnes join me in engaging other governments and pressing for more action and tangible results.
Today marks the launch of the Axioma Center for Persecuted Christians (CPC), our new international mission, led by @tristan_azbej.
The mission is urgent: to make sure persecuted Christian communities around the world are not forgotten, their voices are heard, and those in need receive concrete support.
More than 388 million Christians worldwide face persecution or discrimination. In parts of Africa and Asia, professing faith in Jesus Christ can mean risking one’s life, losing one’s home, or being forced to flee one's ancestral homeland.
The closure of Hungary’s former State Secretariat for the Aid of Persecuted Christians does not mean that the suffering has ended. Nor should it mean that those who continue to rely on help from Hungary are left without hope.
From 2016 until its closure in spring 2026, the Hungarian government’s aid program for persecuted Christians provided assistance to 2.5 million people, while also promoting peaceful interfaith coexistence.
Now, the work continues within a new, civil framework.
The CPC will monitor anti-Christian attacks, raise awareness through research and conferences, build professional partnerships with governments and international organizations, and work with humanitarian and development partners to provide assistance across Africa, the Middle East and Asia.
The persecution has not ended. Neither has our commitment to those who suffer because of their faith.
The day Cấn Thị Thêu, Trịnh Bá Phương, & Trịnh Bá Tư got arrested changed their family & transformed Phương's wife, Đỗ Thị Thu, "from someone naive into someone who bore heavy responsibility."
The US have accused Vietnam of facilitating the transshipment of Chinese goods to the United States.
"Trade fraud is not a victimless crime; it threatens American and Vietnamese jobs, undermines honest businesses and jeopardizes our economic and national security."
Vietnam indicted & announced they're going to try Mr Đoàn Bảo Châu in absentia, a dissident & refugee who recently resettled to Canada.
This is a clear act of transnational repression.

As BPSOS sent evidence to the USTR for their investigations of intellectual property thefts & forced labour in Vietnam, Vietnam are again targeting BPSOS & its CEO, Dr Nguyễn Đình Thắng.

This is a coordinated attack.
The illegitimate Cuban regime’s Labor Export Program, including medical missions, is forced labor, plain and simple. The regime treats Cuban workers as commodities to enrich themselves, while deploying coercive measures to trap workers in these programs. We won’t tolerate any form of state-sponsored human trafficking. Under @SecRubio's leadership, we are holding accountable those who support, enable, or profit from this system.
On the 250th anniversary of US Independence, we must remember the contrast between independence & indifference. Millions still suffer for their #faith globally. As Elie Wiesel said, indifference sees no difference between light & darkness. We cannot surrender to darkness.🇺🇸#IRFBA
During my visit to 🇺🇦 I met govt representatives, faith leaders and civil society organisations working to defend FoRB. I left with a deeper understanding of the challenges they face and the resilience of Ukrainian religious communities. Thank you to all who shared their insights
Honored to meet today with the @CanEmbUSA to introduce the new Everett Center for Global Religious Freedom and discuss ways we can partner around the shared value of religious freedom. It was encouraging to explore opportunities for collaboration. Grateful for the conversation.
