@Leicnut Mouth care is vital, but not as simple as nurses being responsible for it. Examine the mouth, deprescibe anticholinergics, enable patients to drink when thirsty, clean teeth, don’t lose dentures. The above includes docs, nurses, pharmacists, domestics, PT..... everyone
