@SkyHelpTeam hi we are having trouble re arranging our sky TV engineer visit to sort out the poor picture on our sky q box. We can't use the links your website suggests. Please help.
@SkyHelpTeam Sadly the online fixes did not work. We have latest software, it is fine via smart tv apps such as Netflix. We have a wireless router boosyer 4 metres as that is where it needs to be. Can you suggest anything else.
@SkyHelpTeam we have just had a sky q box and are disappointed with the pic quality. There is a red pixalated effect in the background. We have a 1 yr old lg hour and tv. Pkease help.
