There’s an increasing belief among teams Mike Clevinger has a good chance to be dealt. Indians have 6 very good or better starters, all on cost-efficient deals. Price is appropriately high. Braves, Padres, Yankees, Dodgers among many who’ve been in contact.

Lindor is seen as more likely a winter move. Folks on other teams believe the Dodgers would be favorites, as if their lineup isn’t great enough as is. Cleveland has tried multiple times to extend Lindor but he seeks top dollar (Believed to be Betts range) — not doable for Tribe!

Outfielder Mookie Betts and the Los Angeles Dodgers are in agreement on a 12-year, $365 million contract extension, sources familiar with the deal tell ESPN. Combined with the one-year, $27 million deal he’s currently under, the total is 13 years and $392 million.
