We are in the middle of a cost of living crisis! Weโve been utterly abandoned by the Government and we are now facing a very cold bleak Christmas.
Carers and PWD along with our elderly community are facing mounting fuel and food costs. The cost of living energy credits are gone that means we have to find โฌ450 to make up just for that loss and there are more!!!!
In-Fact up to โฌ1800 in lost supports.
This Xmas will be a cold bleak #Christmas for many of us unable to work through no fault of our own only that our Disabilty or ailing health fails us.
Itโs shameful that Government who platformed disabilty in reelection is adding more and more stress and pressure to our already stressful lives!

#SupportUsToAchieveOurDream#DogsForTheDisabled
The only charity providing dogs to adults and children with physical disabilities all around Ireland. ๐๐๐
โOur family have been involved with Dogs for the Disabled for 15 yrs. Dora, our first dog from DFD was Rรญonaโs Mobility assistance dog for many years.
Dora passed away in 2021 & is so missed. We were grateful to be gifted Nero by DFD & Rรญona loves him.โ

โMy name is Adam, I am 10. I was diagnosed with PVL white matter brain damage resulting in diplegia spastic cerebral palsy, this affects both my legs & left arm.
Since getting my assistance dog Robert last year I am walking outdoors alot more with him instead of my K-walker.โ ๐
โMy partner in crime is Nala, a beautiful, clever, loyal black Labrador who has transformed my life now for 2 yrs.
I developed Multiple Sclerosis in my twenties, which affects my balance & mobility, meaning I use crutches & a wheelchair when Iโm out & about.โ
