@indepinvest@siddhrts@dmeinvestor Like I've said, no skin in this game. If the aduros prefer I vanish, my life doesn't change. I'm not here to pick fights. I'm here to represent the other side of the argument which I know people don't like.
@indepinvest Nope, Im just here to keep people grounded. I've seen claims of a potential $50b market cap without basically selling a lb yet. That's a Dow and LYB combined who bring in $70b annually with 148 years of experience and 10s of billions in infrastructure.
@dmeinvestor@siddhrts Gladly, it's fragmented because I say something and 5 people jump in to tell me I'm retarded. I'll work on that tomorrow. Until then, enjoy what's left of your weekend.
@dmeinvestor@siddhrts If they actually publish real data and it's good, I'll congratulate them. As long as it's shadows and word salad, I'll remain skeptical.
@siddhrts@dmeinvestor It is concerning that aduro hasn't published their full speciation but rather just a condensable yield. To me, that says the distribution of output was not favorable as I previously mentioned. A trial that yielded great c4-c12 would be celebrated. Poor results would be masked.
@indepinvest@siddhrts@dmeinvestor I have looked at their claims. Low capex off the shelf components. Basically no need for front or backend refinement. If you care, I will elaborate. If it's a shit on the skeptical guy moment, then I won't.
@indepinvest@siddhrts@dmeinvestor History says they have a very little chance of succeeding. I don't care either way. I just hate watching personalities on here mislead everyone as to what this company has accomplished and may accomplish in the future. It's uphill the entire way.
@Stefan_Skippy@dmeinvestor No and I never will. I have seen the economics and reality behind that industry first hand. I hope aduro makes it but the odds are heavily against them.
@Molbiam@dmeinvestor@The_PennyQueen My real world experience that I won't even go into the huge red flags and obvious exaggerations with this company. But for a company who has done nothing for 15 years but talk and run trials, they sure have found a hardcore group of supporters who are willing to part with their $
@Molbiam@dmeinvestor@The_PennyQueen I won't discount Aduro has a good story but at this point, that's all it is. Their pitch leaves out so much information on real world economics that is understandablev why no vc would capitalize them and they went the reverse merger route. All I have had is people shit on
@Molbiam@dmeinvestor@The_PennyQueen It wasn't waste, it was mixed clean PE/PP. Real world waste is so much more complex. I hate watching people say this will 50x from here. Stealing clout from spacex by comparing what they did to Aduro. I'm a near 2 decade long Dow employee. My entire career had been in resin.
@indepinvest@siddhrts@dmeinvestor But it's going to 50x from here... By that logic nobody has missed out on anything. I'm not short the stock, I'm not long either, just vested in the industry for nearly 2 decades. I've watched the recyclers come and go. None have ever found success.
@dmeinvestor@The_PennyQueen Yes, all feeds were highly controlled clean inputs which are completely not representative to real world conditions.
Using condensable yield instead of naptha, diesel, and wax is very misleading... C12+ doesn't count as recycling under most guidelines without further refining
@534Fourthave Retail is paying for the R&D burn while non-binding pitch meetings get spun as commercial breakthroughs. Excellent IR execution, but the underlying business model math remains unchanged. $ADUR
