No Abraham wasn't Jewish. He was the patriarch of all Israelites. He existed before the Jews even conceptualized their own jewish identity. If we want to be really particular, Jews as an ethnicity are only people descended from the kingdom of Judah (from which the name jew is derived), which is only two of the 12 tribes. And only those who were exiled in Babylon. Saying Abraham was Jewish is like saying Charlemagne was French or German. You are assigning an ethnicity to someone who existed before our understanding of that ethnicity existed.
