@AndreaWoo Funnily enough, I lost my wallet in Vancouver as well, and it was also returned to me in a similar fashion! Most of the $ was gone, but a nice Vancouverian went out of his way to get it back to me after I returned to CA...saved me a ton of headaches.
@Delta sending this to u again...I wasted 2 hrs last night texting with ur rep, sent screenshots + docs, then got xfered to another person in the Reserv. Dept(?) to handle complaints, and was ultimately told to 'send an email.' WTF?! Get me someone who will actually fix this NOW

@Delta so good news first...finally heard back from Cust Svc and are getting a reimbursement! However, half of the $ is missing since I only got links to half the amount (250) promised in the response (500). Can you please assist? Don't want to wait 6+ wks to get another reply.
@Delta We've called the Delta Complaint # a few times and can't get through, and now there's a message saying that the phone # no longer accepts complaints; apparently all issues can only be emailed. Is there any other way to get ahold of someone? No one is emailing me back.
@Delta additionally, no one is taking responsibility and all Delta reps keep directing us to other departments. We have talked to 5 ‘supervisors’ so far and are getting nowhere. This is absurd and unacceptable.
