#OU329 @JeanGamester WK16- this week I learned that purpose could provide leadership. This challenged my own view that you needed to have a leader/practice to enable the leadership! Nice to open my eyes to another NEW leadership view!
#OU329 @JeanGamester WK15- Resistance leadership, this is not the same as dissent, and recently we see strikes up and down the UK. For example, the NHS strike for better pay, to retain their staff to provide better service for the public. This is catalyst for POSITIVE change.

@HMRCcustomers Ive recently changed job, over the 5 week period and I’m still paying emergency tax. I’ve tried phoning multiple times and spent well over two hours on hold - surely there’s an easier way to have my tax code corrected?
#OU329 @JeanGamester WK12- positive, negative and zero-sum games. This is something I’ve personally never heard off until now, however it’s interesting to see how the attention is on the outcomes and if they are good for everyone or just a few.
#OU329 @JeanGamester WK11- constructive dissent was really interesting. This week was also interesting to see how different conflict can be caused at all levels of the company due to numerous factors of internal and external pressure!
#OU329 @JeanGamester WK10- Relational leadership approach recognise that organisations thrive when employees & consumers work together. Traditional hierarchy’s tend to go out the window creating a more interconnected society allowing for relational leadership to appear!

#OU329 @JeanGamester WK6- This week we wrote our TMA1 blog post, I found this a rather enjoyable process (surprisingly) however my choice of interviewee worked well with the module materials. It also shocked me to learn that trainee teachers work placements without pay 💰 💰💰
