The Charlotte NC high school that painted over a student's tribute to Charlie Kirk, called the police on her, and then publicly branded the 16-year-old girl a VANDAL in front of her entire school...

…was forced to pay her $95,000!!!!!!

Her name is Gabby Stout, she was a junior at Ardrey Kell High School.

Days after Charlie Kirk was assass*nated, she got PERMISSION from the front office to paint the school's spirit rock, a tradition kids have used for years.

She painted a heart. An American flag. "Freedom 1776." And "Live Like Kirk ... John 11:25."

Within HOURS, the school painted over it.

Then the principal emailed the ENTIRE school calling it VANDALISM, claiming she broke the code of conduct, and announcing they had called LAW ENFORCEMENT to open a criminal investigation.

They pulled this teenage girl out of class again and again and then MADE HER WRITE A CONFESSION!!!!

They demanded her PHONE so they could search her call logs.

For painting a rock. With permission.

So her family sued. And they WON.

Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools in June learned it has to pay her $95,000, publicly clear her name, and admit in writing she did NOTHING wrong.

But not only that... they were forced to adopt a brand new student free speech policy because of her.

Ich wurde als Schulkind über Jahre von Muslimen körperlich und seelisch schwer misshandelt. Ich breche mein Schweigen, weil ich mich nicht schämen muss, nicht allein mit diesem Schicksal bin und die Lage an unseren Schulen immer schlimmer wird. Ich war auf einer „Scharia-Schule“: über 90 Prozent Migrationsanteil, Schwimmverbot für Mädchen mit Kopftuch, zwei Deutsche in einer Klasse mit 30 Schülern. Mädchen wurden zum Analsex gezwungen.

Beim Besuch der Gedenkstätte Auschwitz sagten drei muslimische Mitschüler: „Hier hätten wir dich auch getötet.“

Als ich das meinem Vertrauenslehrer erzählte, antwortete er: „Wir sind eine Schule der Vielfalt. Die kommen aus einer anderen Kultur. Das musst du akzeptieren.“

Deutschland hat nicht nur seine Kinder aufgegeben. Schlimmer noch: Unsere Kinder werden ihrer eigenen Kultur beraubt. Ich kannte die Regeln des Islam, bevor ich einen Bezug zu Deutschland und christlichen Werten hatte. Im Studium musste ich mich als Deutscher im eigenen Land „deutsch resozialisieren“. Das ist ein Verbrechen.

Viele von uns schämen sich. Mit unserer Generation der Schulkinder hat es begonnen. Ich will der „Generation der Verlorenen“ eine Stimme geben. Wir müssen uns nicht schämen. Wir wurden aufgegeben.

Wir beobachten die Islamisierung Deutschlands. Ich kenne sie. Ich bin unter ihnen aufgewachsen. Mit ihnen ist nicht zu verhandeln.

In San Sperate, Sardinia, the Giardino Sonoro (Sound Garden) is an open-air museum created by the late Italian sculptor Pinuccio Sciola, where monumental stone sculptures can be heard as much as they can be seen.

Known as “Sound Stones,” the carved basalt and limestone sculptures produce deep, resonant tones when touched or gently rubbed. Carefully cut grooves alter how the stone vibrates, turning solid geological material into an interactive acoustic experience.

Captured by Elisabetta Tulsi, the garden brings together sculpture, material experimentation, landscape, and sound, revealing an unexpected musical quality hidden within stone.

Als muslimischer Araber gibt es etwas an Deutschland, das mich tief bewegt.

Ich denke an den Rhein, der unter alten Burgen dahinfließt und die Erinnerungen von Generationen zum Meer trägt. Ich denke an die Glocken des Kölner Doms, die einen kalten Morgenhimmel durchbrechen, an Dörfer, die unter winterlichem Schnee leuchten, an den Schwarzwald, der sich in Nebel hüllt, und an das Brandenburger Tor unter Schwarz-Rot-Gold.

Ich höre Deutschland in der gewaltigen Kraft Beethovens und in der erhabenen Schönheit Bachs.
Ich finde es in den Worten Goethes und Schillers, in der Präzision seiner Handwerker, im Erfindergeist seiner Wissenschaftler und Ingenieure und in der stillen Würde von Traditionen, die von Großeltern an ihre Enkel weitergegeben werden.

Deutschland ist nicht bloß ein Ort auf der Landkarte.

Deutschland ist eine lange menschliche Geschichte.

Eine Geschichte von atemberaubenden Errungenschaften und tiefster Dunkelheit.
Von Städten, die in Trümmern lagen und wieder aufgebaut wurden.
Von einem Volk, das gezwungen war, in die Wunden seiner eigenen Geschichte zu blicken und sich entschied, sie niemals zu vergessen.

Darin liegt etwas zutiefst Kraftvolles.

Denn wahre Vaterlandsliebe bedeutet nicht, so zu tun, als wäre die Vergangenheit vollkommen gewesen. Manchmal zeigt sich die tiefste Liebe zur Heimat gerade darin, aus ihren Fehlern zu lernen, das Wertvolle zu bewahren und niemals zuzulassen, dass Hass ihre Zukunft raubt.

Bewahrt also das Deutschland der Musik und der Poesie.
Bewahrt das Deutschland der Kathedralen, Wälder und Flüsse.
Bewahrt seine Sprache, seine Traditionen, seine demokratischen Institutionen und die Würde der Menschen, die dieses Land ihre Heimat nennen.

Und schützt es vor Extremismus und Radikalismus, ganz gleich, hinter welchem Namen, welcher Ideologie, Religion oder Flagge sie sich verbergen.

Ich sage das als Muslim und als Araber: Eine andere Zivilisation zu lieben und zu bewundern, schmälert die Liebe zu den eigenen Wurzeln nicht. Es liegt etwas Schönes darin, über Grenzen hinwegzublicken und in einem anderen Volk etwas zu erkennen, das Bewunderung verdient.

Wenn ich also die deutsche Flagge im europäischen Himmel wehen sehe, sehe ich nicht nur drei Farben.

Ich sehe Erinnerung.
Ich sehe Verantwortung.
Ich sehe Widerstandskraft.
Ich sehe eine Nation, die in einen Abgrund stürzte, sich ihrer Geschichte stellte und sich entschied, aus den Trümmern etwas Besseres zu errichten.

Deutschland, möge der Rhein eure Geschichten weitertragen, möge eure Musik weiterhin die Welt erfüllen und möget ihr niemals den Mut verlieren, sowohl euer kulturelles Erbe als auch eure Menschlichkeit zu bewahren.

Steht aufrecht unter Schwarz-Rot-Gold. 🇩🇪

Nicht weil eure Geschichte makellos war,

‘I DISCOVERED THAT THE SCHOOL HAD REPORTED ME TO PREVENT.’

After delivering a sermon at Trent College — an Anglican school — setting out the Church of England’s teaching on marriage and telling pupils that “you do not have to accept the ideas of LGBT activists”, the Reverend Dr Bernard Randall was banned from preaching, suspended and ultimately sacked.

But that wasn’t all. The school had secretly reported him to Prevent, the Government’s counter-terrorism programme.

Bernard tells FSU External Affairs Officer @_ConnieShaw that he was, in effect, being accused of “terrorism and child abuse”.

During his disciplinary hearing, Bernard asked the school’s headmaster whether he considered the Church of England a “terrorist organisation”. After being left for days to believe that Prevent might take action against him, Bernard was eventually informed that the referral had been rejected because it did not meet the criteria.

A police officer later told him that his sermon was “inappropriate for a school and inappropriate for society”.

How can it be right that, in a Christian country, a priest is told by a police officer that the Church’s teachings are inappropriate?

Il bambino della foto è Yanai Hetzroni 12 anni, del kibbutz Be’eri, gemello di Liel (vedi post di ieri). Il 7 ottobre 2023 è stato trucidato insieme a lei, al nonno Aviya e alla prozia Ayala Hetzroni.
I terroristi di Hamas lo hanno portati in un’altra casa del kibbutz insieme ad altri quindici vittime e poi hanno dato fuoco all’edificio. I suoi resti sono stati identificati solo settimane dopo, perché il corpo era quasi completamente bruciato.
Le due donne invece non sappiamo ancora chi sono.
Girano voci che siano insegnanti. Vogliamo sapere chi sono e - se sono insegnanti - vogliamo che non entrino mai più in una scuola italiana.

E' noto che la tassazione in Italia e nei paesi Europei incide per il 40-45% dei guadagni da lavoro della classe media.

La giustificazione per una tassazione così elevata è l'importanza della spesa pubblica nel garantire i servizi essenziali, primi fra tutti educazione e sanità.

Lo stato dice: tu guadagna ma lascia a me spendere il 45% dei tuoi guadagni perché lo spenderò meglio.
E' facile dimostrare che invece la spesa pubblica aumenta lo spreco e ci indebita per servizi di scarsa qualità.

L'errore alla base è ritenere che lo Stato spenda i soldi meglio del privato.
Ognuno sa che spende meno quando elimina l'intermediario, dal produttore al consumatore è la formula più economica.
Lo stato applica la formula inversa aumentando il numero di intermediari e pagando di più lo stesso prodotto: il ministero paga funzionari che scrivono bandi che necessitano di consulenti che individuano beneficiari che mettono a gara e così via; il costo per il prodotto finale cresce in modo esponenziale.
Questo processo burocratico di spesa ha aumentato negli anni la spesa pubblica e di conseguenza la tassazione in un circolo vizioso.
Con l'aumento della torta da spendere sono attirati sempre più gli intermediari disonesti, aumenta la corruzione, si riduce la qualità del servizio.
Tutto ciò paradossalmente nasce dall'idea che il privato non sa spendere bene i suoi soldi.

Un'altra giustificazione della spesa pubblica è che è una spesa sociale, mentre la spesa privata è egoistica e non tiene conto dei bisogni di tutti.
Qui è sufficiente controbattere che storicamente sono sempre esistiti meccanismi di aiuto per gli indigenti e che non è necessario arrivare a tassare il 45% del guadagno per aiutare chi ha poco.

Più estremo ancora è il ragionamento che la tassazione elevata è necessaria per la redistruzione della ricchezza, qui scompare ogni collegamento con le giustificazioni di spesa, è un semplice costringere con la forza l'uno a consegnare il suo guadagno a un altro, è lo stesso principio che sta alla base del furto.

La spesa pubblica nasconde molte bugie a livello intellettuale e non porta alla ricchezza e alla crescita.
Merita un approfondimento con la lettura dei classici della scuola economica austriaca (Menger, von Mises, von Hayek, Rothbard e altri).
