This is an outrageous ruling by Judge Branstool. He determined the state didn’t prove “recklessness”. Jacob McDonald drove a truck full of batteries into a bus full of kids at 72 mph with no attempt to brake. On a clear sunny day. Into stopped traffic… how does this not meet that classification?
This judge and others like him are everything wrong with the judicial system.
This truck driver is going to get 18 months and time served. He’ll be out soon. For killing 6 people.. and injuring many others. Kids.
F this judge. He’s a disgrace.
