@hulu_support I cancelled starz add on in May and beginning of October and I’m still being charged for starz. On phone now for 30minutes with Hulu with no resolution in sight. What is wrong with this company? Won’t release customers who wish to cancel?

@Delta @KLM poor customer experience at Tegel this am. Late opening of checkin desk. Not enuf agents. Long lines. Then waited 45min 4 wheelchair 4 handicapped wife & it never came till we got 2 gate on our own. Hope there’ll b better experience @ AMS.
