Mehdi Hasan running cover for this person pretty much negates any previous statements he made in support of Ukraine. It is very clear where his real loyalties lie.
NATO is approaching the point of normalizing Russian violations of allied airspace.
What was once exceptional is becoming increasingly frequent.
It remains to be seen whether this will remain a temporary situation or become the new normal.
⚡️ Russia kills 3-year-old boy and his grandparents.

9-year-old Hlib Kovtunenko and his 29-year-old mother, Olha.
Murdered today by russian terrorists in a drone strike on their home.
How many more Ukrainian children have to die before the world finally wakes up?
HORROR in Kherson! The russian degenerates attacked the rescue vehicle belonging to the volunteer Andryi Boxer and his colleagues while on a mission to take civilians to safety😡!They are now raising money to repair the car 👇! Motherfckin russian creatures 😡! @IntlCrimCourt
Putin wrote on an entire 82 page “academic” essay titled “On the Historical Unity of Russians and Ukrainians” in which he argued that Ukrainians aren’t a real group of people and need to reunified with Russia.
So sick and tired of pro-russian leftist scum acting stupid
On August 1, 2026, during a second russian missile strike on Kyiv, Yeva Reuter was killed while rescuing people wounded in the initial attack. She was a graduate of the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture, an art historian, artist, and combat medic. She was only 25 years old.
To her brothers- and sisters-in-arms, she will always be remembered by her callsigns, ‘Planochka’ and ‘Alice’ — a bright, courageous, and compassionate person who remained true to her calling until her very last breath.
Eternal memory to this Heroine. Our heartfelt condolences to Yeva's family, friends, and brothers- and sisters-in-arms.
Ukraine gave up 1,900 nuclear warheads for a signed assurance.
Every foreign ministry on earth watched what that assurance was worth.
Non-proliferation is not held together by treaties. It is held together by an example — and the example is currently on fire.
Kyiv is being destroyed step by step💔
In just the last 24 hours, russia destroyed supermarkets’ logistics hubs, food warehouses, Rozetka’s main fulfillment center, another Epitsentr, a Nova Poshta terminal, one of Ukraine’s largest ceramic tile factories, a major flower greenhouse complex, and many other civilian businesses.
In the first half of 2026 alone, russia launched over 6,000 drones and 700 missiles at Kyiv.
This isn’t war against the military.
It’s the systematic destruction of a city and the lives of the people who call it home.
Man, if Putin had told Trump exactly what he wanted the US to do to help Iran and Russia and hurt Ukraine, it would have been exactly what Trump did in his war.
This is a Russian strategic dream we are watching.
Russia, with Trump’s implicit blessing, is firing dozens of heavy ballistic missiles, including North Korean types, into Kyiv. The president of the United States is allowing Russia to commit genocide because he thinks it’ll bring Ukraine to the table. It’s that fucking simple.
As of now, 44 people have been reported injured in the massive Russian strike on Kyiv and the Kyiv region. Another 17 people, tragically, were killed. My condolences to their families and loved ones. It was a heavy strike – 24 ballistic missiles, 4 Zircon/Oniks missiles, and another 115 drones, a significant number of them jet-powered. The main targets of the attack were warehouse facilities belonging to civilian businesses. There were also strikes on infrastructure and a railway station. These facilities had nothing to do with the war – a brewing company, construction materials warehouses, and civilian logistics facilities.
Ballistic missile interceptors could have saved the lives of those killed today. It is very important that our partners understand that delays in supplying them, or an unwillingness to provide anti-ballistic systems, lead directly to such horrific casualties and destruction. Partners who are not yet ready to play a more active role in supplying interceptors can help by implementing new sanctions. A significant share of Russia’s ballistic missile production is still not under sanctions. Even now. New steps are needed – from the G7, the European Union, and everyone who supports the protection of life. Thank you to those who are willing to help in this way.
GRAPHIC: Eight Ukrainian civilians were killed at Kvitneva railway station in Brovary District, Kyiv Oblast during Russia's overnight strike.
They had been waiting on the platform for the last night train, which was slightly delayed so they were still there when the attack hit.
