@Ford I think I’ll dump Ford’s crappy car as soon as possible and tell friends, family and coworkers to never set foot in a @Ford dealership. For the record, Toyota, Hyundai and Subaru make better cars and provide much better service.
My mechanic says @Ford stands for "Found On Road Dead". He's right. This morning my wife's car died in the middle of an intersection. The cause: a dead battery. I've driven other car brands and never heard of a car that stopped functioning from a dead battery WHILE DRIVING!
@Ford Apparently, this isn’t a priority for @Ford. After a few perfunctory questions, they recommended I visit the dealer (to spend more money) and fill out a survey (I wasn’t kind).
No warning from the app or car. Nothing. Every system on the car shutdown. Even the tow truck driver couldn't figure out how to put the car in neutral. Your lucky she wasn't hit by the another car.
@nikagharkar This is a major issue - and one that is being discussed actively. I'm not sure we can wait for a constitutional challenge.
In fact @NJCPA is running a session on August 8 with the amazing @edzollars about this topic.
