Being from the Highlands and having no TV signal growing up has influenced my outlook on life!

The amount of racist and fascist stuff i hear at work every day is infuriating. Twitter used to be an escape from all that but not so much anymore. Atleast in the past, these f@ckers kept to themselves, but now they just can't shut up. ughhhh. I need some rest.

@muaythaichai @ONEChampionship Wonder if either will forget which round they're in and mix up the rules

[Don Robin @DonRobin19]

@NotLizBrody Agree. It's also ok to have a rest now and then to let the body recover.

[NotLizBrody @NotLizBrody]

Being über dogmatic about training is dumb because we can acknowledge that everyone not only has different goals, but also that people often benefit from having some FUN when they train. The 100% "optimal" way of training doesn't exist in black and white.

[Don Robin @DonRobin19]

@BoxingExposure_ Actually interested in this!

@janeygak Foreign investors will likely want/need confidence in their investments. Perhaps there's a bit of ground work to do first.
