@sickdotdev For example, Atlassian has a CLI (acli). I’ve been using it for all Jira and Confluence-related work and stopped using the Jira MCP. It works well without consuming unnecessary context.
@sickdotdev MCP isn’t really needed. It can unnecessarily consume a lot of context.
All we need is a well-defined skill file that clearly explains the required product APIs and how the model can use them. Skills also consume context, but not as much as MCP tools.

@danikaracs@pcshipp VS Code is a byproduct of Visual Studio. Of course, it’s Microsoft’s, and they don’t mind spending some money on VS Code. Their gaining millions of developers trust. Thats big W for them
@0xpugsley @brankopetric00 You should check out the cloudbees CI. They are providing enterprise grade jenkins solution. Plus they are building Saas based new product called Unify. Basically it is orchestrating all other cicd tools with AI capabilities
