This might sound silly but what I miss the most about life as a healthy person was just being able to get up and go to places.

I can't walk or sit up without causing myself pain, so I now walk with a limp and use a cane for support.

I can't go for a walk to calm my mind, can't sit for too long, can't bend to pick something off the ground, can't lift a bag, can't use a knife, can't stand for a few minutes. Can't, can't, can't. Can't do anything normally anymore.

I have to plan out every little thing and quite usually it all comes apart in the end and I don't get a say in how any of this works.

Count your blessings, you don't want to end up like me. I'm quite literally a useless burden and I feel terrible about the people who have to put up with me.
