Al-Awzāʿī (رحمه الله) said:
“We used to laugh and joke, but when people began to take us as examples, I feared that even smiling might no longer be appropriate for us.”
[Siyar Aʿlām an-Nubalāʾ: 7/132]
I thought the khawarij were those who claimed major sins and kufr duna kufr are instantly major kufr, or rebelled against sinful Muslim rulers who still uphold Islam, not those who were against the tatar and their equivalent banning clearcut obligations of the Quran
This is an excellent formula of chaos and destruction of Islam and Muslims.
To allow those with the khawarij ideology to circulate anything they believe is against sharia to be an act of blatant kufr which allows overthrowing the regime!
It is not permissible at all to think like this or lead the country into wars and destruction under the justification that we are protecting Islam, when you are actually decimating it and the Muslims.
The principle that one isnt named a kafir until a scholar says is false
- Shaykh Saleh Luhaydan رحمه الله
Rather investigating is in iqamat al hujjah, which afterwards is the shari' ruling/punishment if they dont repent, but are already labelled according to apparent *actions*
The main enemy to the dawah of Shaykh Muhammad ibn AbdulWahhab were the murji'ah, those who separate action from iman, such that if one commits an action of major shirk they claim it didnt remove him from Islam or claim it's excused in the dunya
- Shaykh Badr al-'Utaybi حفظه الله

Stop living for the approval of people.
You will never please all of them, and the One whose pleasure actually matters has already told you how to earn it.
The ruling on the one who does not takfīr the mushrikīn
Shaykh Ṣāliḥ al-Fawzān was asked:
Q: Whoever does not takfīr the mushrikīn, or hesitates regarding judging them, does he become a kāfir, even if he is making taʾwīl (interpretation)? And what is the evidence for that, may Allah preserve you?
A: There is no taʾwīl in this matter, and it is not something for which taʾwīl is valid. The mushrikīn must be takfired. The kuffār must be takfired, and there is no taʾwīl in this matter.
Whoever hesitates in takfiring them is a kāfir like them, because he did not consider kufr to be kufr. Whoever does not consider kufr to be kufr becomes a kāfir.

Statement
Yasin Munye | Official Response
There have been clips of me circulating the internet taken out of context and spread by individuals who wish to inflame hate and disunity.
The lessons referred to in the articles concerned the academic study of a medieval religious text within a study circle intended for advanced students. They were not public sermons, nor were they sessions addressing the general public. It is therefore essential to understand the context within which they were delivered, which were, categorically not in relation to western (or eastern for that matter) 21st century societal norms. Such texts and texts of other religions are studied all over the U.K. including Christian and Jewish Literature in University and other academic settings
At no stage did I condone, encourage, advocate or seek to legitimise violence against women, wives, homosexuals, or any other human beings or animals. The passages in question were being quoted and examined as part of the study of a historical text. Quoting or analysing historical material is plainly not the same as endorsing or advocating its application in contemporary society.
Historical religious and legal texts, irrespective of the religion, jurisdiction or civilisation from which they originate, inevitably contain material reflecting the social, legal and cultural context of the period in which they were written. To characterise the academic discussion or quotation of such material as an endorsement of violence in modern-day Britain is, in my view, a serious and misleading misrepresentation of both the nature and context of the lessons.
More importantly, any allegation or implication that my teaching amounted to an incitement, encouragement or endorsement of violence is extremely serious. Such allegations have the potential to cause substantial damage with significant consequences for both my personal safety and that of my family. They are also likely to further exacerbate the current climate of anti-Muslim hate.
In light of the seriousness of the allegations and the manner in which my comments and teaching appear to have been characterised, I have been advised to obtain legal advice regarding the publications concerned, including those published by the Daily Mail and any other media organisation or platform that publishes materially false, misleading or defamatory allegations concerning me.
I reserve the right to respond to or institute legal proceedings in respect to any existing or future defamatory/inaccurate publications regarding allegations against me.

Today, I will serve the last meal we have left for the animals at our shelter in Gaza.💔
I’m exhausted, and I honestly don’t know what to do next.
We depend entirely on the kindness of our friends here on X. We have no other source of support.
Tomorrow, these innocent animals will still be waiting for me, but I have nothing left to feed them.
My dear friends, please don’t let us face this alone. We desperately need your help.🙏🐾

@MuhammadS9128@Milat_at_Tawhid Can you name 10 alive unimprisoned trustworthy scholars whom we should turn to in this time of fitnah?
