But if you trade frequently (including stocks), and turnaround profits fast, the CRA can get you for it. There is no set definition of "carrying out a business," they are ambiguous on purpose.

The only reason he didn't win is because Singh tanked his own party. It's hard to win as conservatives when the NDP has been wiped out.
