@BsLegion Felt like Sabres dictated the pace of game 1 throughout, Bruins played well in game 2 and tonight neither team looked real good, Boston’s mistakes and sloppiness were much worse tho
@DaysofYOrr He LED THE NHL in primary assists. Was 6th in total assists and you have to go down to 35TH to find someone with less secondary assists. Essentially the only way Boston was scoring was if Pasta directly set it up
@BruinsWyan @wsanto92 So if GMs play a role in player development, does Sweeney not then get credit for Pastrnak’s development? McAvoy and Swayma both drafted and “developed” by Sweeney, which are the 3 reasons this team made the playoffs
@brandsteve@JFreshHockey What are you trying to say here? That he’ll count for less against the cap in the final year than he does in the first year? In actual dollars yes he will make less in year 8 but his cap hit will remain that same $17M throughout the entire contract
@brandsteve@JFreshHockey Total salary ≠ cap hit. Cap hit stays flat throughout the entirety of the contract, just like every other contract in the league.
