As is, they’ve taken the most meaningful regular season in sports and watered it down. Tough to get up for a non-conference game when you get at least 2 and probably 3-4 losses before your season ends

@trevormccue Anyone remotely optimistic is delusional. We stocked last year. Turned over the coaching staff and the $12 million man, progressively got worse as the season went on. And it’s a gauntlet of a schedule. .500 is way more likely than 10-2

@JKSully313 @Jbooty88 Grades are devalued so they shouldn’t matter at all? It’s stressful to be young. My point is changing the criteria for success to other variables (social skills, looks, etc) from grades (proxy for hard work and intelligence—although I get ur point) is unlikely to solve the issue

If not, you’re substituting one metric (grades) for another arbitrary element (ability to socialize)? The substitution dosnt solve the mental health issue.
