Congrats on becoming a SpaceXAI ambassador, enzo! 🚀 Well deserved!
I’m hoping you might be able to help me with a Grok account issue. My Grok Heavy account is stuck linked to a Cursor account that I can no longer access, and there’s currently no way to unlink it or re-link it to my new Cursor account.
I’ve already contacted support but haven’t been able to get it resolved. I really love Grok and Grok Bot, so it’s frustrating to be unable to use the benefit I paid for because of an account-linking issue.
If possible, could you please help forward this to the right team or someone who can manually review the account link? I’d really appreciate your help. 🙏
Sorry to ask this here since it’s unrelated, but I’m hoping you might be able to help or point me to the right person.

Please improve the account linking system as well.
Grok accounts should support unlinking and re-linking to a different Cursor account, especially when the previously linked Cursor account has been deleted or is no longer accessible.
Right now, users can get permanently stuck with “This Grok account is already linked to another Cursor account,” with no self-service way to fix it. Adding an account management page to view, unlink, and re-link the connected account would solve this. 🙏
Hi, I have an active SuperGrok Heavy subscription, but its Grok Bot access is permanently linked to an old Cursor account I can no longer access. Changing the email on my Grok account did not update or remove that old account mapping. it means I can not login in gork bot with my grok account ,that's terrible ,would team to improve it? I love bot ,I want to use it
I need some manual assistance with an account-linking issue involving Grok, SuperGrok Heavy, Cursor, and Grok Bot.
My account situation has become quite confusing after several account-linking steps:
1. [email protected] was originally associated with a free Grok account/plan.
2. Later, I signed up for Grok using Sign in with Apple and purchased a SuperGrok Heavy subscription.
3. During the linking process, my Heavy subscription was associated with [email protected], but unfortunately the corresponding Cursor linkage ended up pointing to a Cursor account that I can no longer access/use.
4. Because of this incorrect linkage, I have an active Heavy subscription but cannot properly use Grok Bot with the Cursor account I actually want to use.
5. I have since changed the email associated with my Heavy account to [email protected]. However, when I try to use Grok Bot, it still signs me in through / associates me with [email protected], so the problem remains.
At this point, the account relationships between Grok, SuperGrok Heavy, Cursor, and Grok Bot seem inconsistent, and I don’t think I can fix this myself through the available account settings.
Could someone from the account/support team please manually review the account mappings and help me correct them?
My preferred final state is simple: I would like Grok, my SuperGrok Heavy subscription, Cursor, and Grok Bot to all use one consistent account/login and have the corresponding Heavy entitlements correctly recognized.
If possible, I would like to consolidate everything under:
[email protected]
Please remove or correct any stale/incorrect linkage to the inaccessible Cursor account and make sure my active SuperGrok Heavy entitlement is recognized correctly by Grok Bot and the Cursor account I can actually use.
I can provide subscription receipts, screenshots, account information, or any other proof needed to verify ownership.
I would really appreciate it if a human support agent could review this manually, as I have not been able to resolve it through the normal linking flow.
Thank you very much for your help.
The latest Cursor help page says that if SuperGrok is linked to the wrong Cursor account, we should contact Support.
I did exactly that (Ticket T-F29827), but Support told me that neither Support nor Engineering can unlink or transfer the account.
So what are users actually supposed to do in this situation?
My SuperGrok Heavy subscription is active, but it is permanently stuck on an old/inaccessible Cursor account, leaving me unable to use the included Grok Bot access on my current account.
I’m not asking for any extra benefits — I just need the incorrect account mapping fixed so my paid Heavy entitlement can be used on the correct account.
Could someone from @cursor / @xAI@elonmusk@grok@bot please take a look and help escalate this to someone who can actually resolve the account mapping?
I love bot ,but I previously linked my Grok Heavy account to a Cursor account and successfully received the benefit. However, I’ve since lost access to that Cursor account and can no longer log in.
My Grok Heavy account still appears to be linked to the inaccessible Cursor account, so I’m unable to link it to a new Cursor account.
Could you please help unlink the old, inaccessible Cursor account and allow me to link my Grok Heavy subscription to my new Cursor account?
I’d really appreciate your help. Thank you!

I’m in the same situation, but I still don’t have access to Cursor Free with my SuperGrok Heavy subscription.
I’ve seen other SuperGrok Heavy users successfully get access, so could you please check why it hasn’t been enabled for my account yet?
I’d really appreciate your help. Thank you!
@SpaceXAI@cursor_ai@elonmusk Thanks for the update. I have access to @bot now. That's fantastic.
Thank you so much for the elegant solution. Comparing the two current plans to resolve this is definitely better than trying to force a binding. Good job!
