So we’ve waited all day for our @ao priority delivery and it appears the driver took it off the van this morning and didn’t tell anyone. Everyone seems quite astounded by this but no one is doing anything about it

Spent the whole day waiting for our fridge to be delivered by @ao. Paid for a morning delivery so it could be fitted this afternoon. Finally got through to AO only to find it was inexplicably removed from the van this morning. And @ao admit it’s ‘not ideal’
