@Oriana0214 @SamOgozalek Controllers have grown increasingly frayed and fatigued due to chronic staffing shortages and frequent equipment outages. The most recent government shutdown left Air Traffic Controllers working for weeks without pay , forced to drive for Uber & make pizza deliveries.
